[Snoop Dogg courtesy Wikimedia Commons]Bow wow wow yippie yo yippie yay. Ever since Snoop Doggy Dogg (who later decided that was too MANY Doggs and shortened it to Snoop Dogg) and his friends transformed Doberman Pinschers and Rottweilers in his first video off his "Doggystyle" album this list was inevitable. Rappers have always professed their love for faithful companions in song, and that love has crossed over into the videos that represent those songs too.

Time to break out the chuck wagon (but we're not going to chase it) and see which ones best represent man's best friend, be it feline, canine, or any other kind!

.) OutKast - "Ms. Jackson"

.) Wu-Tang Clan - "Triumph"

.) Snoop Doggy Dogg - "What's My Name?"

.) Tone Loc - "Funky Cold Medina"

.) Freddie Gibbs - "Pronto"

.) Macklemore & Ryan Lewis - "Can't Hold Us"

.) Rappin' Duke - "Rappin' Duke"

.) Jester Jacobs - "I'm Dog"

.) Belly f/ Nina Sky - "Don't Be Shy"
