Audio: Centri - "A&R"

DubMD: How many times have you heard “I can get you a deal” from a so-called A&R? Playing the role of a label rep, Centri critiques and dismantles a struggle rapper, like he’s hired to weed out the game of illegitimate posers. This single is assisted by some cutting edge NEOREV production, where a haunting chant of “Anarchist and Revolutionaries” paints the backdrop. 'A&R' is follow up to the recently released 'Boric Acid,' from his forthcoming album 'Headless Nobody.' [July 30th]

Audio: Tynethys - "Lil B" (Prod. by Issue)

A.T.: Cloud rap pioneer Tynethys has teamed up with E-40's masked son, Bay Area rapper/producer Issue, for "Lil B," the first single from his upcoming untitled EP. Premiered via Noisey, the "Sacramento weirdo," as FACT Mag calls him, goes Super-Saiyan with pitch-shifted vocals echoing throughout and some very necessary ad-libs added atop the eerie production by Issue. Complete with a sinister bassline and heavy synths, Issue incorporates a progressive, futuristic vibe that parallels Tynethys' "hyphy-spirited based freestyle," as Noisey calls it.

Video: Sadistik - "Still Awake"

Ballin PR: On Ultraviolet, Sadistik closes his eyes tight and reaches out towards the peripheries of perception through introspection and psychedelic escapism, transcribing the vivid images crawling on the dark purple walls of his Seattle studio. The day after he finished recording 2013’s critically acclaimed Flowers For My Father, Sadistik (born Cody Foster) began writing the new record with a head full of acid, left field 60s & 70s cinema and palpable frustration with the world around him.
