Last December 25th (yes on Christmas day) a whole slew of new Genesis prototypes were unveiled on the Hidden Palace website, and since my Analogue Mega Sg supports playing binary images off a micro SD card, I saw this as the perfect opportunity to play them on FPGA authentic Genesis architecture and see which of them work and how WELL they actually work.
I’m sad to say there isn’t much to the Akira prototype, but what’s THERE looks nice. A few of the other games delivered above and beyond expectations though including Lobo and Growl!
