It doesn’t feature endorsements from any of the major hustlers or players, including Rudolf Wanderone a/k/a “Minnesota Fats” as mentioned in the title, but honestly that’s a marketing gimmick for most pool games on consoles anyway. All you need is a table, some balls, and good physics. The rest is window dressing, although in this case it’s some better than average dressing, with a very pleasant to listen to soundtrack and pool sound effects that are acceptable per the limitations of the day.
I can recommend this one to fans of pool particularly given the wide variety of table options and the fact that despite being a Japanese release the ENTIRETY of the game is in English (save for the name of one table variant).
