I had only ever seen Pac-Man Vs. before as part of the Player’s Choice release of Pac-Man World 2 on Nintendo GameCube, but apparently at some point it was given away by itself as a promotional item in a sleeve like this! There are some other mail call items in this episode as well but I think the one in the thumbnail is arguably the weirdest and most interesting.
